At East Leake Preschool Playgroup, our experienced and dedicated team are passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for every child. Each member of staff brings their own strengths, knowledge, and enthusiasm to support children’s development and wellbeing.
Manager & SENCo
Amy leads the setting with a strong focus on quality care and continuous improvement. She holds a Level 3 qualification and is currently working towards her Level 5. Amy also works alongside Sophie in supporting children with additional needs, helping to ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Deputy Manager & Language Lead
Rachel is a Level 3 qualified practitioner and our Language Lead alongside Amy L. She is passionate about supporting children’s communication and language development through everyday interactions and play.
Deputy Manager, Sustainability & Wellbeing Lead
Sarah holds a Level 3 qualification and leads on sustainability and wellbeing within the setting. She promotes positive wellbeing for both children and staff, alongside encouraging environmentally aware practices.
Early Years Educator & SENCo
Sophie is our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator. She holds a Level 3 qualification and is working towards her Level 5. Sophie works closely with families and professionals to support children with additional needs.
Early Years Educator & Language Lead
Amy is Level 3 qualified and currently working towards her Level 5. As a Language Lead alongside Rachel, she supports the development of children’s communication skills across the setting.
